Photos you upload are processed by AI to generate stylized interview portraits. We do not permanently store your original photos beyond the processing period. Generated portraits may be stored to enable your interview experience and, if you choose to publish, displayed in our public gallery.
All host personalities on aiFerns are AI-generated parody characters created for entertainment. Interview conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real interactions with actual celebrities or public figures. AI-generated voices are synthetic and do not use or replicate any real person's voice.

International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers from the EEA.
